Making something tried and tested better is our fundamental ambition –naturally also when it comes to eating. As in the room design, here we also bring different worlds together in order to prepare something unusual in culinary terms and to make tasteful cuisine exceptionally delightful. Our executive chef and his team brilliantly know how to bring new things from all over the world to the Fährhaus.
